Our skilled and knowledgeable staff currently consists of two pharmacists and two pharmacy technicians.

Jim Castillo R.PH founded Custom Scripts Pharmacy in 1981 after recognizing a growing need for compounding medications. Jim is a graduate of the University of Florida and a member of the Florida Pharmacy Association, International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists, and Professional Compounding Centers of America. Jim also donates his time and services to Map International, an organization that promotes the total health of impoverished people in over 115 countries. When Hurricane Katrina devastated the gulf coast in 2005, Jim helped collect medicines in the Tampa Bay area to be donated to the victims in Mississippi and Louisiana. During his 26 years as a pharmacist, Jim has developed many pharmaceutical preparations and has been awarded two patents.

Caleb Carrillo is one of two pharmacy technicians and has over twelve years of pharmacy experience. Caleb has been with Custom Scripts Pharmacy for over two years and is certified in Aseptic Compounding by the American College of Apothecaries.

Aleks Szczesniakowski has been a pharmacy technician with Custom Scripts Pharmacy since 1991. Aleks has twenty years of compounding experience and is certified in Aseptic Compounding by The American College of Apothecaries and Professionalism Compounding Centers of America. Aleks specializes in aseptic compounding for pain management and urological preparations. Aleks his pharmaceutical training while serving in the US Army.
